Part (6) Wheeling an Execta Bet
Wheeling
a selection in an exacta bet means wagering that selection
with all other betting choices in order to cover all
possibilities of finish. If the selection is the winner,
the wheeled exacta bet is a winner. The greater the
number of betting choices, the greater the cost of covering
the wager.
