I would like to explain to you how this evening will progress.
Once seated, the table is yours for the evening.
Your server will be taking your cocktail order.
Soon after that, the runners will be delivering a
basket of warm garlic breadsticks and a
fresh garden salad.
Your server will be taking your order and
attending to your every need.
In the kitchen things are heating up, so to speak.
I have taken great care to compose each plate to
match the entree with accompaniments that
will compliment each other and excite your palate.
Take your time to savor every morsel,
soon the races will begin.
After dinner sit back, enjoy the races, make some bets
and hopefully win some money. When you are ready
for dessert, we have a luscious variety of
sinfully delicious desserts to choose from.
