JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount. Greets and serves guest in a friendly and efficient manner. Operates P.O.S System and makes accurate cash and financial transactions. Accurately records all Food & Beverage revenues and corresponding receipt of money, credit cards, complimentaries and coupon settlements. Prepares all settlement paperwork in a consistent and organized manner. Monitors alcohol consumption by guest, adhering strictly to Company Policy & Maryland Law. Maintains inventory and restocks all items and products in area as needed. Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary. Relays all guest compliments and complaints to Food & Beverage Management. Promotes outstanding customer relations. Promotes honesty and trust among the team. Performs all other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Restaurant and/ or fast food cashier experience preferred. Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position. American Sign Language is also an acceptable form of communication. Ability to consistently comprehend, retain and execute written, verbal and demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management. Must be able to sit, walk or stand for extended periods of time without difficulty. Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees

Remove all dirty dishes from dining area and restock stations with clean items. Assist wait staff in serving guests’ needs. Reset tables to established specifications. Maintain clean and fully stocked work area and side stations. Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Health Department Codes. Relays all guest compliments and complaints to Food & Beverage Management. Promotes outstanding customer relations. Promotes honesty and trust among the team. Performs all other duties as assigned.

One (1) year bussing experience preferred. Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position. American Sign Language is also an acceptable form of communication. Ability to consistently comprehend, retain and execute written, verbal and demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management. Must be able to life up to forty (40) pounds without difficulty, repeatedly. Must be able to sit, walk or stand for extended periods of time without difficulty. Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
