Bus Person - Food & Beverage, Hospitality

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
  • Serves guest in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Remove all dirty dishes from dining area and restock stations with clean items.
  • Assist wait staff in serving guests’ needs.
  • Reset tables to established specifications.
  • Maintain clean and fully stocked work area and side stations.
  • Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Health Department Codes.
  • Relays all guest compliments and complaints to Food & Beverage Management.
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations.
  • Promotes honesty and trust among the team.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • One (1) year bussing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
  • Ability to consistently comprehend, retain and execute written, verbal and demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
  • Must be able to life up to forty (40) pounds without difficulty, repeatedly.
  • Must be able to sit, walk or stand for extended periods of time without difficulty.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Cook 2 - Food & Beverage, Hospitality

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
  • Prepares food as directed by the Chef or Sous Chef to the specifications of recipes and standards.
  • Able to perform related duties in any station or outlet assigned.
  • Fully versed in braising, sautéing, grilling, steaming, broiling, roasting, and plate presentation.
  • Assists with daily specials.
  • Meets or exceeds industry standards for preparation, serving and storing of food.
  • Ensures that the working area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Local, State and Federal Health Department codes.
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations.
  • Promotes honesty and trust among the team.
  • Promotes a passion for producing quality product
  • Performs all other duties assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Two (2) to Four (4) years related experience.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
  • Ability to consistently comprehend, retain and execute written, verbal and demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
  • Must be able to lift thirty-five (35) pounds without difficulty, repeatedly.
  • Must be able to sit, walk or stand for extended periods of time without difficulty.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Must pass a written as well as a practical exam.

Server - Food & Beverage, Hospitality

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
  • Greets and serves guest in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Operates P.O.S System and makes accurate cash and financial transactions.
  • Accurately records all Food & Beverage revenues and corresponding receipt of money, credit cards, complimentaries and coupon settlements.
  • Prepares all settlement paperwork in a consistent and organized manner.
  • Monitors alcohol consumption by guest, adhering strictly to Company Policy & Maryland Law.
  • Maintains inventory and restocks all items and products in area as needed.
  • Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary.
  • Relays all guest compliments and complaints to Food & Beverage Management.
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations.
  • Promotes honesty and trust among the team.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

  • Previous server experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.

  • Must be able to lift twenty (20) pounds without difficulty, repeatedly.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Steward - Food & Beverage, Hospitality

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
  • Performs routine cleaning of dishes, glasses, flatware and other kitchen items.
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, floors, mats and related areas.
  • Maintains standards of cleanliness and adheres to Department of Health Regulations.
  • Responsible for proper use of supplies and equipment based on predetermined levels.
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations.
  • Promotes honesty and trust among the team.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience with dishwashing equipment, cleaning and sanitation preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
  • Ability to consistently comprehend, retain and execute written, verbal and demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
