Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to calls requesting the need for surveillance coverage. Conducts surveillance through the CCTV system utilizing the necessary equipment to observe, report and record procedural violations and unusual activities. Communicates violations in a timely manner to appropriate supervisory personnel and follows up with accurate and detailed documentation. Prepares additional reports as needed. Conducts tape reviews as assigned. Documents equipment malfunctions. Responsible for compliance with State Lottery Regulations, Internal Controls and company Policies & Procedures. Promotes outstanding customer relations. Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team. Performs all other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in casino surveillance preferred. Vision must be correctable to 20/20. Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products. Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position. American Sign Language is also an acceptable form of communication. Ability to consistently comprehend, retain and execute written, verbal and demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management. Must be able to sit for long periods of time without difficulty. Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees.
