Holiday Closings

Ocean Downs is closed for Simulcast Racing on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday. Ocean Downs Casino Floor is open on both Christmas Day and Easter Sunday.

Smoking

In accordance with Maryland State Law, Ocean Downs is a non-smoking facility.

Children

Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Must be 18 years of age to wager on horse racing.
