- Admission: Admission and Parking at Ocean Downs Casino are free. MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER THE CASINO.
- Holidays: Ocean Downs Casino is closed for Simulcast Racing on Easter Sunday and Christmas Day.
- Smoking: In accordance with Maryland State Law, Ocean Downs Casino is a non-smoking facility.
- Children: Children are welcome at the racetrack but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Must be 18 years of age to wager on horse racing.
