John Demajistre / Jim Glenn

John Demajistre: Native to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, John has spent many years in the culinary field. He had worked as line cooks in multiple hotels, managed kitchens in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania and Ocean View, Delaware. He became a part of the Ocean Downs team in 2011 as a Sous Chef, and assumed the position of Chef in 2016. He is a proud winner of the Ocean City Crab Soup Cook Off in 2017, and has many hobbies including golf and tournament Texas Hold‘em Poker.

Jim Glenn: Prior to his position as Chef at Poseidon's Pub, here at Ocean Downs, Jim has spent many years in the culinary field. Jim attended the Washington Culinary Institute in 1986. Afterwards, he had worked in an Ocean City Hotel and worked as Executive Chef in both an Upscale Restaurant, and a Hotel and Conference Center. In his free time, Jim enjoys volunteering, working with his church, and spending time with family.
